Track Session Minder
Until the App Store launch in early 2027, Track Session Minder is exclusive to Just Track It events.

Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and your choices.

Track Session Minder is made by Redline Techniques LLC. Track day clubs use it to share their schedules with drivers. We collect as little as we can, only to run the app, and we never sell it. Last updated October 27, 2026.

Just looking at the schedule

No account and no personal information. Anyone can open the app and see an event's schedule.

What we collect, and only if you use it

  • Your email, when you sign in on My Day (Find my name, or an emailed code) or as an organizer.
  • Coaching and check ride bookings: the student's email, the instructor's name and email, the time and any note. The club's organizers enter these.
  • The club's driver list: your name, email and (if you give it) cell number, only if you fill in “Stay in the loop” and tick the box.
  • Registered drivers: your name, email and cell number from the event's registration site, uploaded by the club's organizers so they can email you urgent announcements during that event. When you use Find my name, we check the last 4 digits of that cell number to confirm it's you; the app never shows your number or anyone else's.
  • Feedback: your star rating, comment, and the name you choose to give.
  • Questions you ask DTC, the event you're viewing, and a scrambled form of a random code your phone makes for DTC (used only to limit how many questions one phone can ask). Not your name or email, so please don't type personal details into DTC.
  • About DTC's answers: DTC answers with AI from the club's rules, website and notes. Answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. It never gives driving tips, directions or instruction, such as how to drive a turn. The only exception is the club's own procedure for a spin, a breakdown or tow, or rain. Your instructor, the classroom and the drivers' meeting cover the rest. It is not a substitute for your instructor, the drivers' meeting, tech inspection or the track's rules. It never makes safety calls. Flags, officials and organizers always come first. Motorsport is dangerous. You alone are responsible for your driving, your car and your decisions. Answers are provided "as is," with no warranty. Redline Techniques LLC and the club are not responsible for actions taken based on them. In an emergency, signal a corner worker or call 911. Don't ask DTC.
  • Phone alerts: if you turn them on, the alert address your phone's browser gives us, the event you follow, and your email if you're signed in, so booking alerts reach you.
  • On your phone only: your sign-in, the event you picked, and a few display settings.

How it's used

To show you the schedule and your bookings, send sign-in codes, booking emails, alerts and 15-minute reminders. A club uses its own driver list to email you about its events, and its registered drivers list only to send phone notifications or emails about urgent announcements (lightning, a red flag) during that event.

No ads, no tracking or analytics, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who can see it

  • Your bookings: you, your instructor, that club's organizers, and Redline Techniques.
  • A club's driver list, registered drivers, feedback and DTC questions: that club's organizers and Redline Techniques.

We rely on a few services to run the app: Supabase stores the data and handles sign-in, Google (Gmail) sends our emails, GitHub hosts the app, Anthropic (Claude) writes DTC's answers from the question you type, and your phone's maker (Apple, Google or Mozilla) delivers alerts. They only handle your information to provide those services.

How long we keep it

  • Bookings, feedback and DTC questions about an event are deleted when the club deletes the event.
  • An event's registered drivers list is deleted a week after the event.
  • Phone alerts stop and are deleted when you tap Turn off or your browser drops them.
  • Your sign-in email and the driver list stay until you ask us or the club to remove them.

Your choices

  • Turn alerts off anytime on the Now tab, or sign out on My Day.
  • Email tracksessionminder@gmail.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to be taken off a club's list. We'll reply within 30 days.

The app is meant for adult drivers and isn't aimed at children under 13. If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
